Capitec Sucks

I have had enough of Capitec Bank. My loan is in arrears and I am trying to make a cash arrangement but they will not capture in on their system as an official arrangement because it’s not a debit order arrangement. I will never give Capitec my banking details because they NEVER stick to an arrangement. They’ve always tried to debit more money from my account when an arrangement was made and then they refuse to refund. I’m earning less monthly due to pay cuts which means I am overcommitted. Why can’t they accept my cash arrangement? #WIN
