Capitec sucks

Capitec is playing with me , today i got an sms that the stopped on my account has been removed but when I login i can't access my savings account, when I call the ***** department they say they want a detailed affidavit and i submitted so many affidavits to capitec, i even sent some to the forensic department and still i can't get help, I'm now getting in touch with bank ombudsman, I'm tired
