Capitec Sucks

Capitec Bank plays possum when they have to issue you a paid up letter yet refuse to assist you when you're unable to pay them back, I have recently made a payment to this bank to settle my outstanding loan balance with them and have awaited more than 21 days to receive my paid up letter again I have been thrown from pillar to post by their collections department
