capitec sucks
<p>I went to a capitec bank I waited 2hours for a guy called yamkela shangela to assist me and only to discover that the guys doesn't know how to operate the system.He really tried to asked the guys his work with to assist him ,but no one wanted to help him. He called a manager called themba, who doesn't greet and clearly he doesn't even know how to operate his store. I'm really not happy and without team work in a store you can never get it right. They should learn good customer service from the guys at capitec eastgate mall there gud, tumi,isabel and a guy who was hosting didn't get his name,however those guys are good..</p>
