CAPITEC SUCKS

I have made a deposit at the atm and my cash was retained. I have been struggling for 2 days to get proof of payment for my deposit. A simple request that have been a nightmare. I have been referred to the call center that refers me to the branch and vice versa. This is a horrible experience that cost me money to follow up on a problem incurred due to your atm. Capitec your service is nothing short of ********** movie because no one seems to care.
