Capitec such a dissapoint

I went to capitec to print out a statement on my late father's account, everything was scanned and sent to where ever they do print out. It's been over a month without receiving that statement and went back to check and said I should wait for 24hrs they will email it me, 24hrs has passed no statement and am in need for this statement. Am stuck and miserable I can't do anything with my late dad's estatement... What a worst bank ever so dissapointed with this bank,unprofessional
