Capitec stupid bank

On the 24th of September had an unauthorized debit order from an unknown and untraceable ******* of R3000 and it was the 2nd time this month as last month they managed to reverse it and this month they said they can't reverse it and gave me the numbers to call of this ******* which the phone was not picked up at all .so my money is gone just like and Capitec bank they telling me that there's nothing that they can do.how possible is that .so our money is not safe with this stupid bank😡😡😡😡
