Capitec stopped my account and I can’t access my funds

I have a nightmare with this bank , my account has been placed on a stop hold I’ve been to the bank everyday for a week now and no resolutions they stopped my account cause of my online betting winings can you imagine? And they flagged my account as a ‘mule’ I have money stuck in that account and now I can’t use it , I’ve been sending them all the required intonation and they telling me it’s not sufficient I explained and the service agent at the branch explained to them that the online betting company doesn’t provide Statements according to the popi act I NEED URGENT ASSIATNCE WITH MY ACCOUNT IM TIRED OF TGE RUN AROUND at this point I’m honestly thinking of getting a lawyer involved and suing the bank cause this is frustrating
