Capitec stop false advertising in also assisting self employed

I can not believe this bank I am still in shock of what they did to me after banking with them for so long I am self employed with all relevant docs plus I am a compliant tax payer I have financials also from my Accountant my credit score when I went to Capitec was 604 I’m sure now it has dropped because of their stupidity they are so unprofessional and need to be reported.

To cut the long story short Capitec declined my application because they couldn’t find the name of my company on Google and apparently that’s the way of validating ones documents if they valid or not like really🙆♀️and therefore my docs are ***** and they can’t assist me😡😡😡😡😡😡for the past 2years owning this company I have always been compliant with SARS valid company docs etc how possible it is now I have **** documents as per them if they couldn’t find my company on google is there no Cipro system to validate docs or any other way to validate only then when it can’t be found on all systems you can then list it as ********** document not this **** they did to me I am so mad that I am planning to report this to the ombudsman as it’s a very unfair treatment from them.

If they didn’t want to offer m a loan they could have said it and not lie and ruin my reputation I am so mad and want Capitec to rectify their mistake Asap.
