Capitec stole over a million in my account

My husband received a lumpsump of money from RAF last month, a few weeks later the card stopped working and the money disappeared from his account, not even a single transaction appears from the RAF money. Worse we bought a car using his capitec account but it doesn't appear on his bank statement, no trace or evidence that the money has ever been there, when we go to the bank they say the money will reflect within 48 hours but it has been more than a week now the money is all gone.
