Capitec stole my monies!

So we are here again. Again I have to scream on Hello Peter cause Capitec doesn't answer phones not whatsapp. You wait from 10:47 to 12:23 before someone answers. then they don't even answer my queries on the whatsapp, no matter how many times you have to type it. Eventually they decide you are not answering quick enough and closed the call, so by 13:10 i was asking where the agent is and it started again. 13:31, how can we help? wait for us to connect you... now 14:18 and still waiting for a reply, mind you to REPEAT everything I already said to you between 12:32 and 13:10
