Capitec stole my money and won’t refund the *****

Please tell me how 6 months later, I’m still out by a 1k ***** charge?? So even though I was never in America in my life, my card was allegedly used there while in my possession. All I get told is that it’s being investigated. 6 WHOLE MONTHS LATER and I still can’t get my money back?!?! This isn’t fair. In today’s economy I don’t think any of us can write of R1k like that. I am begging and pleading for help because your call Center agents do not have the script to parrot off for this scenario.
