Capitec stole my money

I tried buying a R210 airtime with my app. Transaction went through but I didn't get my airtime. So I called Mtn and Mtn referred me to Capitec. I called their contact center the agent gave me reference number and said I must visit the nearest branch. To cut the story short I have been to the branch a couple of times I still havent received my money or my airtime.
