Capitec stole my money

In 2023 March my capitec bank account was suspended to date. When I could not transact, I went to the bank and I was told that there was a Writ order issued from High court. The bank never even try to contact or warn me. I'm unemployed and the money I received in that account was my daughter's allowance of 2k from her late dad's trust. The money accumulated to 10k and an amount of 8k was deducted from my account, till this day when I try to enquire no one has answers. They tell me to go to high court. Imagine going to hight and pay an advocate 5times the money in my account to get my account's suspension lifted. I strongly feel that Capitec works with Lynn and Main to de***** vulnerable clients who have with other banks as far as 2013.
