Capitec stole my money

In December 2024, I sold a bike, the lady transfered the money from her account to mine. The lady that bought the bike somehow logged a complaint at Capitec saying she isn't happy and what not. Capitec on their part blocked my account, cause this lady made it sound like I sold her a broken thing like these car schemes. Capitec does not investigate what the real story is, they just blocked my account, lucky for me I just filled my tank, cause I was out of town. Capitec just send me a message saying my account is being investigated. CAPITEC stole R2423 out of account. The lady who took the bike brought it back and I immediately transfered her money into her account this was just after Christmas. Until today my account is still block and capitec does not want to give my money they stole. I had the lady who started this go into the bank with her I'd explaining we did the transaction, I have given Capitec Beaufort west an affidavit as well as a copy of the Pop where I have transfered this ladies money back to her, still capitec does not want to give my money, they want me now to get his lady to go to SAPS and also make an affidavit, now I cannot seem to get in touch with this lady. My disappointment with capitec is that anyone can now just spin a story and capitec won't investigate they will just ***** you money and tell you, sorry we have one side of the story, doesn't matter if this is your account someone else can control it. I am so happy I did not invest my savings with capitec just picture they stole all my hard earn savings too over some story. The Manager at Beaufort west branch cannot do much, accept take my anger and say he will call again and explain head office and ***** depart. The capitec what's app chat is bull ****, just as hopeless. I want my money back, so I can close this account please, I will advise anyone to never open an account with them, they are reckless with your money and can't care if you have money to go on or not, it's like u have to greatful they opened an account with them.
