Capitec stole my husbands money!

I have been unemployed for a few months and recently started working as a freelancer. I made an arrangement with Capitec via email to pay R3000 towards my loan in middle of Feb. After I did send the email to Capitec I got a call from them and the guy said to me it's okay and he did see that I made an arrangement so I assumed everything was sorted out. Money got paid into my account a bit later that month, but Capitec then decided to deduct R5000 instead of R3000 as agreed. My husbands work paid his money in to my account instead of his and then Capitec decided to take his entire salary. The money should not have been paid into my account and the money is not Capitec's money to take as they please. We are married out of community of property and that money belongs to my husband and not to me. Can someone please assist me as we don't even have money to pay our rent or anything else because of Capitec! Feedback would be appreciated
