Capitec stole my cash send

I'm very disappointed with my bank , I sent myself a cash send and tried to withdraw it at 3 ATMs that told me that the ATM doesn't have correct notes, when I tried another one at a different location it said that the money has been redeemed. I never shared my details with anyone, Capitec didn't take accountability, clearly their ATMs security are not safe enough coz someone did something to the ATM and withdrew my money coz they said it was withdrew in Durban North it was not me. I would never recommend Capitec to my friends and family,only to my worst enemy. I'm not happy on top of that money vanishes without a trace on my account and it doesn't show where it went on my bank statement,this is too much!!!!use Capitec at your own risk,these guys are mafias wearing professional clothes. Be warned!
