Capitec stole my cash deposit

Paid a Cash deposit into my Capitec Business account on Saturday. Funds showed in the account for 30minutes, then it was gone!!! Spoke to Capitec Business numerous times since Saturday and all they can say is that there is a turn around time and they give me a reference number. I have the deposit slip, but still they dont want to give me my funds. How on earth can they not assist me with this??? Where did my money go??? So it is not safe to deposit cash into a Capitec Business account? Its MY money.
