Capitec stinks.

I am a Virgin credit card holder as well as an FNB client with numerous accounts. My own paid up house. Cars paid for. I am 67 years old and app**** for a credit card with Capitec, since the Virgin card will expire end of March. The lady with a stinky attitude told me she could not help me even though i have in excess of R500000 in various accounts with FNB. I also do have an FNB credit card but need another one. Pity. I will have to go elsewhere. Just thought lets see how Capitec will provide a service.
