Capitec steeling international payment

I have sent my daughter a international bank to bank transfer to her capitec account on the 17th August first they made her fill in paperwork saying that next time money is sent by me to her I’m she won’t need to wait 7 days only 4....... now they saying that they did not receive the money into there account because they don’t do international payment and she must get me to cancel it well because it already shows that it’s paid into the capitec account I can’t cancel it and so I phoned my bank and they said if capitec doesn’t expect international payment they had two weeks to send it back and say they don’t do it but no the thefting idiots don’t know how to do there job or is trying to steel this money from me and my daughter and even more they said if they do the payment then they want R855 what !!! I already paid transfer payment no clue. My question is if they don’t expect international payment why didn’t they send it back and say this transaction can not be made but no it’s now a ***** case .
