Capitec *****s money from my account

I app**** for a multiloan, not only was the fact that it would negatively affect my credit record not divulged but after several times confirming that( I assume that the conversation was recorded) the debit order will go off on my pay date or if this date falls on a Sundayit will go off on he Monday only. Guess what? On the 24th at 1:00 in the morning my loan repayment is collected. Two full day short of my pay date...I can only see this as ***** and seriously consider taking this up with the financial services board. Taking money out of my account with out my consent is theft plain and simple. My family now has no food to eat until payday!!!
