Capitec *****ing my money
I bought airtime using the app but never received the airtime, i called customer care and was told to wait for 24hrs for me to call and find out what happened and i need airtime asap. Now i want to buy airtime cash but they are refusing to give me my money to buy airtime with a reliable bank FNB.
