Capitec *****ing money made via RTC to Nedbank

I had an immediate payment this morning to a Nedbank beneficiary from my Capitec app. That was 2hours and the funds have still not cleared. I called the call center to investigate and spoke to a consultant who then escalated the matter to the team member Nthabiseng Nthenjane who then said that Nedbank was to blame as the recipient of the funds. No responsibility or clear timelines as to when this will be solved. Capitec is ********ly holding my money hostage and hiding behind technical glitches. This bank is a **** and is *****ing clients money.
