Capitec Station Square

My heavily pregnant sister was at Capitec Station Square in Pretoria today and no preference was given to her as she could not stand for long, the line was very long. When she approached the teller at the entrance she was told she has to stand in line like everyone else it’s not their problem if she’s pregnant. The fact that no preference was given to her or any other elderly people at the station is really inconsiderate of them.
