CAPITEC STANDERTON.

I have had a Capitec account for quite a few years and had no complaints until yesterday.I live more than 30 km from town,my fuel costs for the return trip is more than R100.Yesterday I went in early to withdraw money,money was taken from my account but atm machine did not pay out,I had to waste more than an hour to get the amount back into my account.Today I decided to use a Standard bank atm to withdraw R8oo,since i reallyy dont trust capitec atms any more.Same problem money out of my account but atm did not pay out.Went to Capitec branch and spent quite a time explaining the problem.Was informed that it may take a month to get the money back into my account.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE,IT IS MY MONEY ,NOT THE BANKS MONEY,IT WAS THE BANKS ATM THAT IS AT FAULT,WHY THE HELL SHOULD I TAKE THE RAP AND WAIT 30 DAYS FOR MY OWN MONEY TO BE RETURNED,NOT TO MENTION THE FUEL COSTS TO GO TO TOWN AGAIN TO GET MY MONEY.PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.
