Capitec Staff Are Awesome

Last week I walked into the Capitec Bank with the hopes of clearing up a Query and was greeted by friendly staff all around something I never experienced ever at my previous Banks FNB, Nedbank and Absa. <br> The Consultant assisted me with my query took the time out to explain in detail he was very knowledgeable and well trained in all of the products that the Bank had to offer. he made me feel like I had a various options available to me and really seemed interested in helping me achieve all I wanted.<br> This was a really big deal to me because I have banked with FNB for over 18 years and have never been treated this way, my only wish is that I had moved to Capitec many years ago.<br> I am a very pleased client and have convinced my wife to move her account as well.<br> <br> Thank you Akhona ( I hope that I got the spelling correct) Great Attitude and Awesome Service I hope Capitec Notices you the way Capitec's customers do.
