CAPITEC SS LEGAL DEBIT ORDER

last month on the 28 of july i went to capitec branch at elim for the to cancel a debit check from ss-legcov and i did not get the help i was looking for this month today on the 30 of august the very same thing happen my money was taken from my account again byb the same ss-legcove what is happen with capitec. is capitec promoting ********** debit order. why are is capitec not protecting its customer against this crime. Am changing my bank from next month going on
