CAPITEC SS LEGAL DEBIT ORDER

Capitec is promoting ********** activities. From 30th August I have emailed and twitted and called Capitec to reverse a ********** debit order on my account and I have been send from post to post . ********** transaction on my account paid today 30th August 2019 for R175 reference Ss-Legal C ***, I do not operate or authorize any debit orders to my savings account. This company doesn't even exits and contact number doesn't exit too. The bank system say you can reverse debit order online but this particular transaction is even blocked from doing the online reversal. Why cant I do a reversal on this transaction? Is it an inside job ? Is CAPITEC employing ********** that block reversals on the ********** transactions? I am totally dissapointed and have resolved to move all my bank accounts to another bank.
