Capitec Ss legal cover debit order

I have 2 years complaining about a Ss legal cover that is making a debit order of R175 every month and yet when I went to capitec they saying I should contact those people yet dnt know them but I did try to find their email but no response till now how are we supposed to trust this bank yet our money is not safe and the debit order cannot be stop or disputed and when I check the details it's been approved by who I don't know ,capitec is the worst bank in this year's especially after this new app I have been struggling with this bank they can't help with anything and yet they are they one who should know everything that is happening I'm planning on stopping it and changing my bank to other liable banks of which they can assist when I have this sort of problem because I did not get any help at all the consultant just said it can't be reversed I should contact legal cover imagine i feel like our money is not safe next time our money will be deducted all and you'll be told to contact those people of which you dont know also because they are the ones who should be assisting not the other way round , I'm not happy with your service 2 years R175 and I'm not working it pains me alot.
