CAPITEC SOSHANGUVE CROSSING- spar entrance
I write OBO my 70 years old Grandmother, Mrs Margaret Mkansi.
On the 22nd of November, my grandmother went to do a card replacement at Capitec Soshanguve Crossing Spar entrance. The service was so poor she was transferred from one consultant to another which resulted in the card fee being duplicated. We went to Wonderpark Capitec to fix it they couldn’t help us after spending 2 hours there. On Tuesday 30th November We went to Soshanguve crossing Nedbank entrance and they couldn’t help us and referred us back to Soshanguve Crossing Capitec next to FNB. We were told to ask for Thato, THATO then assured my grandmother that the matter was fixed and her Duplicated R70 card fee was credited back to her account.
I checked on her app I realised that it not the case, I decided to wait at least 72 hours hoping that maybe the card fee will be credited back but still there is nothing.
I’m utterly disappointed about the service offered there to the elderly because she definitely **** to my grandmother taking advantage of the fact that she would not be able to tell whether the money was there or not due to the fact that she is old.
Can you please, make sure that we get our card fee back because what she did is poor customer service. Training should be offered for these consultants because clearly they either don’t know what they are doing or they took advantage of my grandmother because she is old.
Get this matter sorted out soonest.
