Capitec Soft Freeze

My Capitec account was paused last year 12 December 2023 and I was requested to submit supporting documents for FICA purpose which I did and it was active again. On the 26 February it was paused again. I went to the bran they told me there's nothing they can do. I need to resubmit documents. Which I resubmitted but still account remained paused. Stating that I must submit affidavit specifying why i need Capitec account because my salary it does not come through Capitec. I do not have problem to close the account if I am not welcome but my worry is that it has my money inside. Right now I do not have money for transport to work. It has been week now going up and down with Capitec still no luck.
