Capitec so quick to close it cases .
Capitec is so quick to close claims. I received a call last week Friday that I should email 512 form or SAP 21 form and I did go to the branch on Thursday the 13th/10/2022 to email the documents, This morning 14/10/2022 I receive a message that my claim has been preliminary closed.
I am not going to start with the process again. They need to check with their forensic department.
