Capitec - Smoke and mirrors
No two ways about it but tomorrow I'm going to open an account with another bank, had enough of Capitec. Lets not even mention the IT issue that had me stranded for 3 days but after 3 visits to the branch and numerous phone calls to customer care I can until today not activate my Live Better savings. Since it was introduced until today not one person can activate that on my app. Absolutely fed up and finished with Capitec
