Capitec slow service
I was retrenched 3 months ago, and immediately notified Capitec and sent all the documents as requested. To my knowledge, my loans included insureance from Capitec in case of retrenchment and I assumed the process of sending the documnets would assist with that. Instead, I keep getting calls asking about missed payment and this morning whoever called me asking “do you have any funds available”. Like, you don’t ask that to someone who lost their job.
Anyway, I need Capitec to start whatever the process is by looking at the documents I sent ONE MONTH ago.
Please also DO NOT call the landline number. Email or use my cell.

02 May 2023, 08:41Seriously HOW MANY EMAILS DO I HAVE TO SEND FOR SOMEONE TO SORT THIS OUT??? I have notified you and sent you the relevant documents months ago and yet here I am getting these sms’s because NO ONE IS HELPING ME BESIDES TELLING ME “we’ll follow up”. SINCE MARCH??????
And I told you STOP CALLING the landline number you are bothering my mother, either call my cell number or better yet, email me and tell me it’s been resolved.
This is extremely unfair, I notified you in March about being retrenched it is now May. You’re probably gonna use this as an excuse to say why insurance isn’t covered
