Capitec Slapitec

I have been a client with Capitec. While a loan was being paid off they handed me over. I have paid off loans way back in 2017 and yet they are REFUSING to remove the listing. Today I went to the branch at signet terrace with the most ********** service ever. For some reason one is NOT allowed to deposit inside the bank even though it may be an unsafe amount to stand in a queue with. The person at the door watched me stand in a long queue n then get to the ATM which is NOT allowing deposits because it is too full. He Just blatantly says go to the Mall. There were also 2 Naedo debits on my account both of which I was charged a high fee. Capitec has ridiculous bank charges and awful service from its consultants. WOW I have withheld writing about my experiences as I fear that they may cause issues to my main account yet it is getting worse to handle their pathetic service. There is also an employee at one of the banks who has been issuing my personal information to family members and I am not sure who this may be but bank statements are reaching my extended family.
