CAPITEC slack

Iv had this issue with Capitec for the 2nd time in a row. Unfortunately im out of country and am unable to phone them, although i have sent emails i have not recieved 1 reply or acknowledgment. A Hertz car rental has lifted the hold on my deposit, yet capitec has not released it. As mentioned the first time i was able to call, this time i cant but seems they dont reply to emails neither. I will be changing banks when i get back in country as this not what i expected!
