Capitec Shutter door causing problems.
I'm not happy and Capitec bank and its shutter doors at ATM. Yesterday night I went to deposit. I put in account number, put notes and it requested reference because amount was more than R6000. Immediately when I start typing reference from screen. Shutter door closed. I couldn't finish transaction and money was already counted and confirmed by machine, including account details. I couldn't sleep whole night. This morning I went to same ATM. When it opens. the is nothing. No transaction, no money, no slip. money didn't click on my APP. Capitec I need my money please. The is CCTV camera on that branch. Which can be used to proof what happened. my reference is ***. I need that money urgently and I don't see Capitec taking this issue urgently.
