Capitec should stick to banking

I cannot get a statement for capitec connect. When they check it looks like the number hasn't been making calls. Yet calls have been made but there's no history. I guess I can do ***** with the number without being traced. I first went to capitec bluff and I was not assisted. Today I drove to KwaMnyandu capitec still they couldn't assist me. I think capitec should stick to banking. You are failing.
