Capitec Should Fall!!!
Totally and utterly disgusting capitec Bank!
Logged a complaint last week regarding my father that tried to withdraw cash, ATM swallowed his card and it didn't come out. Few minutes later all funds out of the account how the he'll is this his fault?!?
So a query was logged and today they call back to say that there's nothing they can do about it?? My question is ...does this ATM not belong to CAPITEC BANK? This was a glitch in your system that's why my father's card didn't come out!?! So now you are blaming him??
This is not the end I will take this as far as it can be taken this is not the first time this is happening I want my father's money refunded!
