Capitec should change their agents

08 Jun 2021, 11:17 Unprofessional inconsidarate agents I feel violated by this company. Over the past short while I have been receiving calls from their ‘agents’ who are among the least professional people I’ve ever come across. They are rude, unprofessional and don’t listen. They seem to lie as well. Once they have your number, they Will phone you several times a day and cut you off when you start speaking, or act like they can’t hear you. One of the agents insulted me the last tine and i hang up. They call like you do not have anything to do or you not working.. I've been calling them back asking for a discount settlement and they keep saying they sent it i called numerous times yesteday and got different agent whom said they have requested it and they are sending it. Till this morning i have nothing.. they pester you like bugs and when you want to get em off your hair they make you run around. Capitec could have selected more professional agents than these uncontrollable temperamental kids
