Capitec service non existing!

Tried to open two youth accounts, after reading up on what documents are required. Went to Potchefstroom branch, they showed me away by firstly, had to print two tickets not just one after informing them its for my two kids. They requested un abridged documents, I had the abridged certs with me, also proof of address and ID document. They couldnt help met, currently sitting in another bank and cashier sorting out the second card as i'm writing this review.
