Capitec service needs to be rescued asap

I have an account with Capitec, which I've had for about 10 years. I am currently buying stock through Easy Equities and alsmost a month ago cashed out an amount which I cashed out to my Capitec account. It took a while before Capitec reached out to me and inquired what my source of income is for investing, I told them that it's my salary and they then asked for a bank statement which showed the same. They then said someone from their team would contact me, they never did for over a week and some no one bothered. I sent them many mails inquiring on my money and they said some will call me. They then sent an email stating that they want a bank statement, I lost is asking what else they need because I've already submitted my statement, then they said I'd be called by someone from their office, another week passed with no phone call. I then phoned in myself to on the 2nd Aug almost a month later in waiting to speak to a very cold agent who said that they would return the money to Easy Equities because they wanted me to request a letter from SARB so that they can give me my own money. They agreed to send the money back to Easy Equities, and till today no one has reached out to me - I still haven't received my money. Capitec used to be a great bank but right now, all I want is this issue to be resolved so that I can close my account and open a Tyme bank account like what smart people are doing of late, but I can't do that until they send back my money to Easy Equities. I wouldn't advise anyone to bank with Capitec, the service is the pits... which is really sad because they used to be known as the best.
