Capitec service disgusting

Capitec took double payment on our 2 loans by them on the 26 march 2020 they then rectified it on the same day and they had their payment and we had our money back but on the 28th they took another payment on the 30th we went into Secunda mall branch and were told the money will be back in our acount with in an hour late afternoon we phoned again as the money was not in and were rudely told we not the only customers ok we left it on the 31st our phone could not go of as there were not enough money in the bank we phoned on the 2nd of april again same storie money will be in in an hour on the 3rd we phoned again and the same promise it is half past five and still no money and my phones will now be cut and I would like everybody to be aware of this disgusting service I also sent an email and they didnt even bother to reply
