Capitec service disappointing
Good day I am extremely disappointed and shocked at the way my bank capitec with whom Ive been a loyal customer cannot assist me with a loan and yet my credit rating on my app shows good and if I check my score on the mycredit website as recommended by capitec and my score is good way above average. And yet when I visited the branch I was told my affordibilty is good my score is great but they couldn't explain why I was not receiving any loan offer so they suggested I wait a week for the berua to be updated which I did and yet still I cannot even get a credit facility and the previous loans I had were all paid up to date and yet nothing

What exactly is this?
If I wanted to ready the policy I would have logged into your website
My question has still not been answered
How is it possible that my bank cannot give me any credit offers yet my app rating is above average, my berua rating is good and when I visited the branch my affordibilty was excellent but yet you tell me I do not meet the minor requirement but you are unable to tell me what that minor is specifically so how am I to fix it? Also how do other banks give me an offer but capitec who is my bank cannot? Neither can you explain why
