CAPITEC SELLS PRESCRIBED DEBT

So I had a personal loan with Capitec Bank, I lost my job and could not pay...Capitec Listed me and now my loan has been prescribed, however capitec sold my account to MBD which calls me everyday for me to pay a loan that has been prescribed, I am honestly not happy taking into consideration how loyal I have been to capitec and besides that matter, it is known by law that "Section 126B of the NCA provides: (1)(a) No person may sell a debt under a credit agreement to which this Act applies and that has been extinguished by prescription under the Prescription Act, 1969 (Act 68 of 1969)."..... I am not and will not pay MBD, so I request that my name be cleared and I am sent the prescription letter.... NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THIS OUTCOME.
