Capitec seems to be working with ********** and not against them

Capitec is allowing ********** to bank with them and they don't do anything about it. Last year, unfortunately, I got ****med and paid a big amount of money into one of the businesses banking with them. When I found out it was a ****, I immediately reported it to Capitec. It was as easy as doing a reversal from their side, but nothing was done about this. Capitec is useless and no one there knows what they are doing. They told me to wait a while until the investigation was done, but then I heard nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I DON'T CARE WHOSE POCKET IT GETS PAID OUT.
