Capitec- security and banking issues

Capitec is not capable to resolve issues that they have caused. It is now 31 days since they messed up my banking profile and I still can not fully utilize the banking functionality due to the fact that I can not access half of my BANK STATEMENTS Are their system so delipidated that they can not fix this - and if that is the case - how secure is this banking system that they themselves can not maintain
