Capitec Se moer

I would like to report a breach in the POPIA act regarding Capitec that has given another bank access to my personal account and information and then allowed the other bank to ********ly debit my account not only once but 4 damn times with out no sms notification or a consultant that called me... I am furious and I would like to take this to the highest level. I want this bank to be fined by the ombudsman for the maximum amount or even imprisonment for the lack of communication and for divulging my personal information without my consent. # irate customer.
