Capitec ****s

As a capitec bank account holder,I was trying to withdraw money from a standard bank atm in Govan Mbeki, PE on the 22 November 2021 but the atm restarted as the money was dispensing so the money never came out. I furiously reported the matter to the Standard bank agent inside the branch and they advised I visit a capitec branch as they could help with a refund. I went tho the Green acres branch to report the matter and they gave me a reference number and said the matter would be resolved in 30days. It's been almost a year now,I'm still waiting for my money.No Matter how small the amount is,it's money I work for and these banks should not have to let people wait for their monies until they forget.
