Capitec ****s

Money was taken from my account without my knowledge. I immediately rushed to the branch as my application was not working, they told me to wait while they investigate. After 8 days they send me a text to report to the bank and they tell me people who took my money are from Luna and they cannot do anything about it because it's already converted to dollars. What bank allows to be hacked and still not refund. The bank is where my money should be safe but they allow unknown and unauthorized transactions to happen. I am really furious with capitec. Their customer care sucks and its so annoying to think my money will never be safe
